Miller Milling Building Innovation Hub in Texas

Leading North American milling company Miller Milling has broken ground for its new Innovation and Technical Center in Saginaw, Texas, which is expected to be completed in late 2024.

The center, which will serve all five of the company’s U.S. mills and two of its cistern company Rogers Foods’ mills in Canada, will have the ability to test and analyze baking processes from grain to finished products across a wide range of flours.

The center will include a small-scale mill that replicates grain production being carried out at the company’s large mills, and a full bakery. It also will offer customers expert advice and insight into product development through in-house testing and troubleshooting.
